Vivi died this morning.

I had a horrible feeling this was coming, even though we had booked a futile visit to the vet, but...

*sigh*

Gogo's just been... moping around since it happened. She was snuggling up to Vivi this morning when she was found.

Rest in Peace, Veevs. You're at peace now.

It just had to start tipping down with rain as soon as I finish work, doesn't it? I was kind of hoping to give Vivi a bath this evening. She needs cleaning up and she won't properly do it herself. Bloody hell, it has been a hot day. I stepped outside this morning to hang the washing on the line and I was hit with one hell of a heatwave. I looked at the garden thermometer, and it revealed that the temperature was 25 degrees celcius, and that is hot.
